Belonging doesn't only happen in a classroom or a kitchen. This month the entire workforce team turned out to support the Liberation Day Wacipi — honoring our cultural ways is another place of belonging, and a reminder that the program's real curriculum includes showing up for ceremony, not just for shifts.
